What does the Human-First AI Readiness Scorecard measure?

The Scorecard evaluates how prepared your organization is to use AI across six connected areas: trust and human judgment; purpose and strategic leverage; creative craft and brand voice; customer connection and growth experience; data, systems, and learning loops; and human participation and shared benefit. It is designed to reveal both readiness and risk—not simply whether your team has adopted AI tools.
